Driving tests - The Swedish Transport Agency has updated their guidelines

These changes will come into force on 1 April 2022

  • Use of a photo in the application/P23 in itself can no longer be used as photo identification.
  • The interpreter must take part in the practical test via telephone connection and may no longer drive in the car.
  • Test experts can attend a practical test in connection with their training.
  • The validity of the temporary driving license upon passing the test is extended to 3 months.
