New speed limits from 1/1 2020

Higher speed limits apply for trucks and cars with trailers/campers on motorways and country roads outside urban areas of 80 km/h from 2020, this is 10 km/h higher than previously. If there is a sign with a lower speed, this must of course be followed. There have been arguments both for and against a higher speed. It is immediately good for the traffic flow on the roads that these vehicles have a higher speed and there are thus fewer (dangerous) overtakings. But a higher speed also always means a greater risk of accidents.
